My Boo-Boo.

The past week has been fairly adventurous seeing as i have been managing single handedly with my left hand being out of action. I was working all last week (even though i was fairly jetlagged!) and i was up at 7.30am on weds morning having only gone to bed at 4am after spending the whole night chatting to my friend from manchester and was busy preparing my lunch.

So there i am, standing in the kitchen with my red pepper and was attemting to remove the core with my dad behind me preparing a smoothie for my breakfast and suddenly the knife slipped. Not just slips very slightly but very dramatically and embedding itself between my index finger and thumb going nice and deep so that it was more or less resting in my palm! concidering what had just happened i was relatively calm and turned around to my dad gripping my hand and just saying a few unrepeatable words.

Needless to say he took me to A'n'E and i was seen fairly quickly and they wanted to stitch it up but i wasnt too keen on that so they said that they will glue it but because its so deep they didnt think it would stick together unless i was exeptionally careful (which they said i had to be). they also said that i was very lucky coz id managed to miss tendons and other important things.

still. so i was glued and bandaged up and told not to get it wet or to drive or to move it too much and be extremely careful with it until monday and i went home followed by work and few hours late! Now im able to use it more and to have it hanging down by my side again coz after it happened i couldnt coz the blood rushed down to it and i could feel it pulsing against the glue and it was very uncomfortable!

Anyway, other interesting news? ... register for my college where the cinical labs are on monday and monday week after at the uni where my lectures will be and the monday after i start classes! ....... other than that, nothing!
