Men get a grip....
Im back in manchester now and got a phone call from someone i hadnt spoken to for ages...
So, there i was today having a lovely conversation and decided that while i was chatting i would go to the postbox at the end of our road and post the pile of redirected mail for old tenants from the house.
Once id posted the letters, i was still chatting so decided that since it wasnt raining and since i was wearing my new coat WITH A HOOD i could risk being caught in the rain if the heavens were to open....
Half way through my walk, the phone call came to an end and i carried on along my merry little way walking with no real purpose and just enjoying being outside and suddenly, a guy who had been standing 3/4 of the way along a road the whole time i had been walking down it called out 'excuse me...' i was a bit relucant to turn around but seeing as he had been standing there the whole time and there were ppl around i did and he carried on 'im not being funny or nufing but are you spanish??' so i was like um no english and carried on walking away and he carried on 'i just have a few questions for you...' so i thought he was doing a survey but saw no clipboard so i started to move away and there was no stopping him when i didnt get the msg and said 'i know we just met and everyfing and it may seem a bit strange but i'd really like to take you out sometime' and he starts taking out his phone and i just gave him a look and said um definately not and walked away...
once i had turned the corner and walked along the road a bit i turned around and he had come to the corner and was watching me go down the road so i got scared he would see me turn down my road so i walked the long way around incase he were to follow me/watch where i went.
once i made sure he wasnt following me properly and i was almost home, another sleazebag struck.
a man in a white car who slowed right down and with his slimey grin watched me walking a bit trailing by me in his car and in the grossest way licked his lips... yep, properly, a slow motion, full on licking lips thing and winking after..... making me 100% disgusted and wanting him to drive off so i just stopped stared straight at his uglyness and he eventually drove off leaving me with a ruined walk but finally home safely!!
Seriously...... I AM A FEMALE. big F'ing deal men!! i really dont mind the idea of guys having a look at girls as they walk past each other coz its sort of in their nature....but just a glance, nothing more is necessary.
Anyway, thought would just have a quick vent and now its time for lunch.
