I Like The Builders. (sort of) ...

I AM EXCITED.
And im guessing that you would like to know why exactly!?

let me enlighten you ....

Finally, after many years of plans, designs, dreams, ideas, discussions, flicking through catalogues and much persuasion... My dad has agreed to do up my room :)

When i say that, i mean literally redo the whole thing! (except for my desk!) - We spent the last two days discussing ideas and im sitting here writing them up and drawing plans and measuring things. What we have decided to do is........

Build a floor to ceiling 'entertainment' thing which will be built to our specifications and will be boxed things to fit what each one is made for and in it will be: and flat screen tv on an arm thing so i can pull it out and twist it to face all different directions, dvd player, sky box, hi-fi and speakers, my DVD collection, my cds, books and and few ornament things/picture frames.......

Then, next to my bed where my bookcase runs along the wall im getting a two seater leather sofa with the flipping out leg things (you know the sort i mean!!) so i can sit on it and watch movies with friends, have lots of gossip sessions and anything else i feel like! and i'll put a really nice painting of something above the sofa.

My wardrobes inside will be changed and the doors changed to mirrored sliding ones so that the room feels much bigger and theres no problem of the door not opening properly because of the couch and just in general much neater....

Then... the walls will be painted cream and new carpet laid down (think will go for cream but not sure just yet).

And for those of you who know my room well - the nook thing next to my bed which has all my dvds on it at the moment will have a mirrored back ( just to make the room feel bigger!).

Im going to keep my curtains and desk and bedding though just because theres nothing wrong with them!

SOOO... yeh! that will be my brand spanking new room!!!!!! - I am tres excited about it.

This will be done fairly soon but not sure exactly when because theres still plenty more for the builders to do before but it will for sure be done in the next few months so for everyone that comes over to my boudoir... Get ready for some serious movie sessions!!
